Book-keeping
- Liaises with the clients on documents required for book-keeping
- Bookkeeping
- Compilation and preparation of financial statements
- Preparation of XBRL for annual return filing to the ACRA
- Review management account and financial statement prepared by the account executive/or outsource accountant
Payroll
- Preparation of monthly payslip
- Submission of CPF
- Submission of Make- up claim for NSMen
- Preparation of IR8A
- Submission of Occupational Employment Dataset (OED)
Corporate Tax
- Estimated chargeable income filing
- Preparation of corporate tax computation
- Filing of corporate tax return to IRAS
Personal tax
- Preparation of personal income tax computation
- Filing of income tax return to IRAS
MAS
- Preparation of annual declaration and filing to MAS
- Attend to MAS officer’s queries when necessary
Others
- CRS/FATCA registration and annual filing
- GST Registration and submission
- Issue billing and monitoring collection
- Attend to client/lawyers queries on accounting and tax matters
- Assist in striking off process ie. CRS deregistration and obtaining tax clearance (ad-hoc basis)
- Other ad-hoc duties
