Job Summary:
The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records and transactions.
- Ensure monthly closing by stipulated deadline.
- Involve in GST submission, budgeting & forecasting, corporate tax and financial statements.
- Handle year-end audit and XBRL filing.
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and changes in accounting regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience.
- Prior experience in real estate industry preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in using financial management software and MS Office applications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
