Job Summary:
Salary: $3000 - $3300
6 Days work including weekends and public holidays
Office hour: 7am-10pm (8 hours opening or closing shift)
Location: Multiple location

Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager to oversee operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop's profitability
- Assist with rostering efficiently and cost-effectively to match business needs and sales
- Supervise and train the team in accordance to the company's DNA
- Enforce and ensure compliance to Company's SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standars within the store
- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
Requirements:
- Passionate about service and people
- Preferably 2 year supervisory experience in F&B
