We are scouting for talents to join our growing team that specializes in Learn to Swim Programme for children & Professional Courses for adults in our consumer portfolio.
SWIMWERKS IS LOOKING FOR Individuals with great interest & passion for developing operational strategies to drive growth for the company, who have goals and are career driven, and who have what it takes to be an outstanding performer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address and resolve daily operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage customers' inquiries, maintaining high standards of business integrity and customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and provide customers with updates.
- Perform manpower scheduling and rostering duties.
- Identify process gaps within the department and drive improvements.
- Conduct site visits to customers when necessary.
- Perform all other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, preferably in sports education.
- Certification as a swimming instructor, lifesaving instructor, and/or lifeguard is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers and data.
- Proficient in MS Office software.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working independently, resourceful, and a strong team player.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
