Job Description:
Prepared tender document, contract, and bill of quantities.
Review contract document & claims.
General quotation for commercial and residential.
Handle procurement.
Able to source & liaise with sub-cons and supplier.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 2 year relevant working experience in interior industry
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Have positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for M&E Quantity Surveyor duties such as managing all cost and contractual issues on main contract as well as sub-contracts connected to the project
Prepare budget and cost control monitoring to ensure the project cost is within the allocated budget
Prepare and analyze cost comparison
Prepare, evaluate, and recommend on the award of Sub-contractors
Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
Prepare Variation Orders claims, final accounts, settlement, and sub-contractor payments
Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors
To negotiate on pricing
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
Min 3-5 years of M&E QS work experience in the Singapore construction industry
Detailed and meticulous
Demonstrate proficiency and competency in a project QS function and can work independently.
Work location will be based in Changi

Senior Quantity Surveyor
Responsilibities:
Reports to the Contracts Manager
Take off quantities and prepare costing and budget of tenders and awarded projects
Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers.
Source for sub-contractors and suppliers and negotiate the best possible price for the company
Certification of claims for subcontractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Building Construction or Quantity Survey
At least 2 years experience in representing the Main Contractor/Consultants for high rise building projects in Singapore.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with people of all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical)
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of tender submission
Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation
Liaises with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation
Timely preparation of Bills of Quantities, technical data & unit rate
Liaise, communicate and work with Sub contractors/vendors/supplies
Requirements:
Diploma/ Higher NITEC/NITEC in Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering
3 to 5 years experience in the construction industry (M&E)
Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity
