Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to manage and track campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities for improving marketing processes and workflows.
- Implement best practices for marketing operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Manage and optimize marketing technology stack, including CRM, email marketing, and analytics tools.
Requirements:
- Understanding of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology is a plus.
- Prior experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment is highly desirable.
