The Regional Retail Operations Executive will report to the Retail Director for SEA covering Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Your role includes supporting daily operational needs and participating in the implementation of new initiatives and processes alongside the retail teams.
You will also support the retail business unit to ensure service and operational excellence across our stores in Southeast Asia.
Retail Operations:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing new initiatives, operational procedures, training and stock takes
- Generate and prepare retail performance reports, including daily sales reports, weekly roster reports, store sales performance, store KPI reports, and other requested reports.
- Provide support for store environment and facilities maintenance for all stores.
- Offer logistical and administrative and support to the SEA team.
- Help establish store policies, identify best practices, and evaluate their implementation in daily operations.
Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory including staff uniforms and stock.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely supply, delivery, and setup of POS in-store.
- Handle ad hoc retail projects and store requests.
- Source various materials, tools, and supplies as needed.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
