A market leader in chemical manufacturing is seeking to hire a Customer Service Assistant (1 year contract) to assist with shipments and sales forecasts.
Location: Science Park (Kent Ridge MRT)
Salary: up to $3,500 per month (+ completion bonus)
Work hours: Mondays to Fridays, Office hours
Your new role
· To be responsible for Commercial Operation Management including follow-up shipments, push overdue payments and sales forecasts
· Report of sales / supply chain activities
· Provide good customer service to internal and external customers
· Back up Customer Service and assist sales manager for sales contract closure
Key Accountabilities:
- Forecast collection – Sales records / Customer / PICASO
- Order management – SAP
- Demand management
- Sample Order management
- Account Receivables
- Document support
What you'll need to succeed
· A Diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience with sales order and/or customer service/order management experience
