Responsibilities:
- Searching and developing new business leads.
- Keep regular contact with existing and new customers, maintain good relationships, and support in generating incremental and new business
- Collaborate with regional and overseas colleagues in formulating sales strategies to improve market share across all product lines
- Attend regular joint commercial calls with all regional and overseas colleagues
- Develop and manage business development procedures and related documentation as per the company requirements
- Manage and develop Marketing collaterals including but not limiting to intranet, videos, and presentations
- Support on Corporate Commercial reporting etc.
- Assist in quotation handling including costing and pricing
- Assist commercial colleagues and other departments to manage queries pertaining to all clients in the assigned geographical area when required
- Review and analyze general market information and trends in the commodities sector
- Monitor sales revenue on a monthly basis in line with company targets and vertical focus areas (New and existing revenue)
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Logistics or other related field
- At least 4 years of working experience in 3PL Logistics sector
- Customer service-oriented with an assertive and persuasive approach to work
- Possess organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise critical thinking
