UX / UI Designer
Research
- Plan and implement the overall user research strategy and methods (e.g. focus groups, face to face interviews)
- Manage and conduct user research and concept development.
- Work closely with product owners to identify research topics.
- Passionate about user-centered design - experience with user research processes and ability to drive research activities such as usability testing, A/B testing, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and translate research findings into actionable recommendations
Design
- Map user journeys and help define their processes to enable new service experience
- Solid experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas across the digital platforms
- Knowledge in UI and Design System
- Craft clear and engaging copy that enhances the user experience
- Experience with Figma
Team Facing
- Be collaborative. Contribute to healthy team motivation and morale, offering confidence and discipline to explore good design solutions while respecting deadlines
Stakeholder Facing
- Participate in the delivery of a range of projects, defining project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Establish relationships and liaise with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
