Executive, Marketing & Sales

Exciting news! We are currently in search of a talented individual to fill the position of Executive, Marketing & Sales.

OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

Responsible for overseeing marketing and sales functions, which encompass identifying and engaging with new sales opportunities, negotiating agreements and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A. SALES & ADMINISTRATION

1. Formulate sales strategies and establish objectives.
2. Generate leads and engage with potential clients.
3. Communicate with customers via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
4. Address and resolve client inquiries and grievances.
5. Prepare proposals and quotations.
6. Utilize sales software to facilitate the sales process.
7. Manage customer relationship data.
8. Attain daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
9. Participate in meetings.
10. Supervise or oversee agents' activities monthly (e.g., roadshows, sales events).

B. MARKETING

1. Plan annual marketing initiatives.
2. Execute marketing plans to boost brand recognition.
3. Coordinate and organize on-ground event activities.
4. Collaborate with Graphic Designers to develop content and highlight key messages.
5. Ensure timely execution of all marketing communications and materials.
6. Coordinate with suppliers for the production of POS materials and marketing collaterals.
7. Prepare marketing reports for brand principals, covering post-event/campaign analysis, competitor insights, and metrics.
8. Manage and monitor marketing expenses, ensuring timely submission of payment-related documents.
9. Maintain and renew licenses for marketing materials such as buntings, banners, and billboards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
