Our Client is eeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources personnel to lead the HR department and contribute to organizational success.


Job Summary:

This candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and guidance on HR matters.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and performance.
    Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to support career development and succession planning.
  • Lead performance management initiatives to ensure employees meet organizational goals.
  • Promote and maintain a positive organizational culture.
  • Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop programs and policies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that meet legal requirements and company standards.
    Manage and mitigate HR-related risks.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compensation practices are aligned with organizational objectives and market trends.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to employee benefits programs.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Professional HR certification preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful HR strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of HR professionals.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
