As the APAC Senior Product Manager Pathology Lab, you’ll collaborate with affiliates in the APAC region to drive the Pathology Lab Systems portfolio, including Benchmark systems, Primary staining Systems, and Discovery Systems. Your focus will be on brand strategy, commercialization, and overall business performance. You’ll also lead new product launches, analyze business performance, and develop strategic marketing plans. Close collaboration with stakeholders, both locally and globally, is essential for success.
The Opportunity:
- You will be prioritizing the input of end customers and affiliates in APAC Region at global level for the Pathology Systems portfolio, covering customer & product requirements, product development priorities and trade-offs, launch & obsolescence planning, forecasts, key quality issues etc.
- Leading & managing multiple stakeholders as the single point of contact for portfolio stakeholders, Global Functions, Regional Functions, Affiliates, etc, for all discussions regarding assigned portfolio
- Defining the focus areas and KPIs for marketing campaigns and team up with the other Product Managers/ Business managers for innovative profitability improvement measures like paired consumables/PAB uptake etc
- Providing support to business analysis, KPI tracking, and other projects as required
- Supporting affiliates in executing planned portfolio strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Utilizing strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the diagnostic world in the context of overall healthcare market and environment
- Having insights into trends or technology for the systems portfolio ,Identify how to tap into these trends to streamline performance, become market shapers, grow market share and outperform the competition, through the Pathology Lab Communities
Who You Are
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the related field i.e.Marketing/Science,advanced degree (Masters, MBA, Medical Degree and PhD) with preferably 10 years of working experience within the industry;
- Proven experience in driving technological innovation through partnerships in an agile environment with great leadership skills;
- Proven experience in collaborating and forging partnerships to drive technological innovation in an agile environment or continuous improvement efforts that have yielded tangible results and / or positive impact for patients or business stakeholders
- Traveling of ~30% due to the job nature of the APAC landscapes
