Job Description

- Position Title: Production Technician/Production Operator
- Working Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: 5 days (9.00 am – 6.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $2,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: 2-Year Contract (Renewable)
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in production activities, including executing production tasks and improving production processes.
- Set up and improve production workflows, standards, systems, and training programs to ensure accurate on-site operations.
- Continuously enhance field operation processes, system methods, and operation techniques to boost production efficiency and capacity.
- Ensure timely delivery by monitoring orders, identifying issues causing delays, and implementing solutions to meet production targets.
- Address abnormal issues in the warehouse, coordinate with the quality team to resolve them, and implement measures to prevent recurrences.
- Handle other tasks assigned by superiors, including leading or supporting departmental and company-wide projects for successful completion.

- A minimum qualification of NITEC.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics manufacturing or logistics.
- Knowledgeable about communication products, lean production, and site management.
- Proficient in WORD, EXCEL, and basic networking.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills; team player with initiative, responsibility, and efficient problem-solving abilities.
