- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in business-level Japanese, both written and oral, to maintain transparent communication channels with clients and partners.
- Regularly draft detailed advisory reports that reflect a deep understanding of client needs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to foster trust and long-term relationships.
- Serve as a liaison to reconcile cultural differences, employing effective communication strategies that promote mutual understanding and respect between Japanese and Local staffs in Singapore.
- Provide language support to overcome linguistic barriers, facilitating collaborative efforts and ensuring clear understanding across diverse teams.
- Efficiently managing global projects, achieving milestones on schedule and ensuring the delivery of project outcomes.
- Utilize experience in IT transformation with a cloud-first strategy to improve business processes and technology infrastructure for the client.
- Apply industry-specific insights to enhance service offerings, tailor client solutions, and identify opportunities for innovation within the banking and finance sector.
Requirements
- Demonstrated fluency in Japanese and English, capable of conducting business negotiations, composing reports, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels in both languages as our client is Japanese.
- Experience in cross-cultural communication, with the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with international projects from inception to successful completion, consistently meeting or exceeding project goals.
- At least two years of PM/PMO experience, with a proven track record of motivating and coordinating teams across various geographical locations and cultural backgrounds to achieve project objectives.
- Over three years of specialized experience in the IT and cloud computing domain, with an emphasis on implementing cloud-first strategies and managing the migration to cloud services.
- Possess general insights and knowledge of the latest cloud technologies and platforms, with the ability to recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency and facilitate digital transformation.
- Preferably possess a strong understanding of the banking and financial industry, and be familiar with our client's internal procedures.
