Gin Lee Studio is an independent local label that designs, develops and retails our own products locally and abroad. We are looking to hire a Senior Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team and grow with us!As the first point-of-contact in store, individuals on this role serves as the ambassador of the fashion Brand.
As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will:
- Introduce the brand’s ready to wear collection to customer
- Assisting customers in finding the ideal products that suit their preferences and needs
- Provide in-depth product knowledge on the features and unique selling points of our company products
- Achieve sales revenue (from offline and online stores)
- Contribute to the growth of the business by supporting plans relating to driving seamless customer experience and care across channels
- Handle order fulfilment process from physical and e-commerce store: product packaging, delivery, and operational excellence.
- Support marketing to deliver sales and promotion campaigns, and visual merchandising plans.
- Maintain an inviting and attractive store front to attract shoppers and turn them into buyers
- Verify daily sales and collection records, and inventory transactions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with housekeeping, inventory management, and conducting regular stock checks.
