Job Description:
Marketing and Branding
- Develop and implement marketing plan and strategies that are in-line with the company's goals and vision.
- Work closely with sales team and retail merchandisers to market, promote and sell products across all channels.
- Conceptualise, design and produce various marketing collaterals (both print and digital) for store promotions, projects and events.
- Create engaging and effective promotion taglines, slogans and copywriting for both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Ensure marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining contents on company's website and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitors' analysis to evaluate trends, identify potential markets and suggest suitable promotions and marketing initiatives with the objective of increasing market shares and revenue.
- Provide status reports with statistics concerning current marketing projects and share post campaign analytics with sales team.
Events and Roadshows
- Plan, direct, and organize advertising and promotional campaigns for events and roadshows.
- Oversee the planning of manpower, logistic, display and set-up for sales events such as event fairs, warehouse sales, and roadshows.
- Conduct pre and post event briefing for major events,.
- Evaluate and share sell-through results with the sales team after each event and provide suggestion on improvement.
Others
- Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint slides for product presentation.
- Monthly update of sales order form for circulation to sales team, merchandising team and key customers.
- Manage generic marketing email enquiries from external parties.
- Assist with sales and promotion as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above with 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Adobe Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator and lnDesign
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of Social media tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player
- Organised, meticulous, results-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines
