Roles and Responsibilities
As an Ecommerce Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for warehouse & e-commerce duties in the daily operations of the company. Key responsibilities will include the following:
• Keep close track of inventory and ensure timely purchase of goods when required.
• Process online orders daily and work with colleagues to ensure goods are ready to be shipped to customers on time.
• Plan and organise packing schedule for part-time staff as and when necessary.
• Pack, stock, organize and rearrange products in warehouse, ensure warehouse premises is neat and clean.
• Willing to operate forklifts and pallet jacks, manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of products.
• Provide assistance and adhoc duties that may be assigned whenever necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
• Min N or O level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years relevant experience.
• Physically fit to work in warehouse environment
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task is a must.
• Team player with good communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
