- Willing to communicate/ call to customer for document sorting.
- Identifying opportunities to improve a businesspolicies or objectives
- Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively
- Preparing and reviewing operational/project reports
- Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals
- Hiring and training administrative staff
- Delegating tasks to administrative assistants
- Monitoring and projecting staffing needs
- Overseeing department budget planning and development
- Managing and maintaining all department databases
- Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed
- Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments
- Able to work with long hours, weekend and public holiday
- Minimum Bachelors Degree
- Atleast 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
