Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound / outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers
- Assist on customers queries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members on process improvement for improved customer experience
- To consistently meet set KPIs without compromising on quality service delivery
