Based in heart of the city area , Client is a financial firm and they are looking for a admin to support an finance and invoicing team managing their day to day business and Your support and coordination for the team will be an essential part of the business.
About the role
You must be a motivated, self-starter who excels in providing great admin at all times. Let’s discuss this further if you are keen to take on this role. Your daily responsibilities :
- Support administrative tasks for day-to-day operation.
- Responsible for processing of utilities invoices, payment and charge out
- To update utilities tracker
- Retrieve and update utilities/sustainability data into system
- Manage and process of aircon and electrical charges to tenants
- Require to search and perform data entry for utilities related task.
- Provide office admin support
- Any other function necessary for effective operations of the Properties or as directed by management
Skills and experience
In order to be qualify for this role you need to have the following
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Candidates should be familiar with MS Word and Excel for work
