Location : High Street
Position : Executive (Central Systems Security Administration)
Contract period : Oct 24 - 6 months contract, with option to extend for another 6 months
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
(Flex hours can be arranged with reporting officer)
Min : Diploma / Tertiary with a hourly rate : $15-16/hr depending on qualifications and relevant working experience.
You will be responsible for the following:
Provide user support such as responding to helpdesk tickets, processing of requests relating to security access and system enhancements for central financial system.
• Perform functional and user acceptance tests to verify that system/project deliverables meet stipulated requirements and are in accordance with agreed qualities and standards.
• Update central systems’ mailing lists arising from staff movements.
• Review handover lists to ensure that system accounts of out-going officers have been promptly terminated.
• Generate system reports for account access reviews.
• Assist in ad-hoc work assigned by supervisors.
