Job role:
As a Front Office Integration Analyst, you will play an important role in being on the frontline of the integration program which is a trusted partner for Front Office teams to ensure the seamless and effective client experience and you will be assisting a Front Office Integration Manager (FOIM) in the preparation and execution of deliverables to Global and Regional teams.
Assist the FOIMs in integration-related activities, including but not limited to the following:
1. Tracking and reporting of client preparation activities for during client migration, e.g. support for client communications, client re-papering, queries on the migration
process, information on product decommission;
2. Collation and submission of pre-migration data remediation activities on client accounts
3. Collation and submission of client consent completion
Assist FOIMs in their partnership with various Business / Functional SMEs (such as Operation, Product Teams, Migration specialist) for timely issue resolution during post
migration phase.
Create and generate report of task completion status, open issues etc.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Prior experience in dealing with clients, process or platforms with at most 4 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in excel; able to work with data and reports
• Project management skill sets / experiences – The candidate shall be people-oriented, with good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Solution oriented, with ability to pick up information quickly, think outside the box, and deliver responses confidently to non-technical audiences
