Our client is a leading real estate firm specializing in property development. They are currently seeking a skilled FP&A Finance Analyst to enhance their Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for real estate projects and investments
- Analyze financial data to provide insights on property performance and market trends
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for various real estate portfolios
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making in property acquisitions and dispositions
- Collaborate with other departments to gather data and provide financial recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Knowledge of real estate financial metrics and valuation methods
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with financial software and databases (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant master's degree
- CFA or CPA certification
- Experience with real estate investment trusts (REITs) or property management
