- Hours: 8-9 hours daily, totaling 44 hours per week

What You'll Do:
Step into an exciting kitchen role where no two days are the same! Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cooking and Preparation: Take charge of cooking, prepping, and plating when our station chefs are away.
- Health and Safety: Uphold the highest standards of food safety and health regulations, solving any kitchen issues that pop up.
- End-of-Day Duties: Oversee food prep, cooking, and thorough kitchen cleaning every night.
- Food Preservation: Ensure all food items are stored and handled at optimal temperatures.
- Hygiene and Safety: Personally guarantee the cleanliness and safety of all equipment and utensils.
- Additional Tasks: Take on other tasks as assigned by management to keep our kitchen running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek passionate and skilled kitchen professionals with:
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a kitchen setting.
- Proficiency: Strong skills in food handling, preparation, and kitchen procedures.
- Knowledge: Excellent grasp of food hygiene regulations and our high company quality standards.
