Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and efficient handling of documentation and data entry to support the completion of customer onboarding process.
- Track daily sales applications and closures, generating reports for managerial review.
- Conduct screening checks and ensure processes are compliant with Group’s standards and control.
- Deliver overall administrative assistance to support operational efficiency.
Requirement:
- Minimum O Level or higher.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a support, operation, or administration role.
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient with MS Office like Word, Excel etc.
- Keen eye for details and able to multitask.
