Job Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional administrative and client service support to our Private Banking team, ensuring a seamless experience for our high net worth clients in Hong Kong and Singapore.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams to fulfill the banking and wealth management needs of our discerning clientele.
· Assist with client onboarding processes, including account opening documentation and KYC/suitability checks.
· Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies while monitoring client accounts, processing transactions, and executing orders.
· Track and manage KYC reviews, proactively requesting extensions when necessary and ensuring timely completion.
· Uphold the highest standards of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CFT) controls throughout all client interactions.
· Perform other tasks assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Job Requirements:
· A degree or equivalent qualification is highly preferred
· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant banking experience, ideally serving high net worth clients in a private banking setting.
· RNF license is mandatory.
· Possess the following certificates:
- Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) – Paper 1 (Mandatory)
- Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) – Paper 2
- Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) – M1A or M1B, M5, and M6
