Role:EUC Service Planning (Japanese Speaking)


JD:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for end-user solutions in Singapore and APAC region.
• He/she will lead the project implementation and plan for future solution roadmap liaising with the relevant department in the Head Office.
• He/she will work as a project manager in IT End User Service domain liaising with stakeholders including Japan Head Office."
"• Lead, and manage project activities from initiation till closure mainly but not limited to project management work as a project assignee.
• Corporate Mobile (Microsoft Intune managed)
• Endpoint Device Security Enhancement
• Head Office Project coordination for APAC region
(Lotus Notes Sunset, Virtual App Migration from Horizon to AVD, Microsoft 365 Services Deployment, etc)
• L3 maintenance support of IT Infrastructure in charge according to the project governance framework.
• Contribute to the development of overall End User Computing Services.
• Provide timely escalation and resolution of major issues to Management and Head Office teams.
• Lead on-going projects for end user workspace to enhance the experience of collaboration, mobility, performance, security, and service level.
• Act as liaison between end users and IT team to understand business requirements for end-user services, design and implement new solution or enhancements.
• Prepare and present regular project reports and documentations.
• Prepare and put forward budget plans for identified project initiatives, influencing, and negotiating with Japan Head Office to obtain support for them.
• Ensure project status and progress are communicated to stakeholders and IT teams in a timely and concise manner.
• Work out full-scaled and precise proposal with technical solution team, coordinate and communicate resources and define clear roles with all project resources."
"• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent with around 5 years of experience to provide IT service to Financial Institute.
• Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experiences.
• Proficiency in Japanese is preferred as this role needs to communicate with stakeholders in Japan Head Office daily basis for miscellaneous matters such as escalation of incidents, arrangement of changes, and clarify requirement.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Windows client securities or a highly motivated mindset to quickly learn and catch up with those technologies.
• Experience to participate in regional projects which involves stakeholders from multiple countries.
• Proactively socialize with stakeholders in APAC region and maintain good relationship to steer the tasks.
• Possess strong and assertive verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities and be motivated to continuous learning about work related matters.
• Good bi-directional and collaborative attitude to work as a professional in a team.
• Willing to take an ad-hoc project as necessary."
