Responsibilities:
• Develop a strategy to follow up with leads and determine new industries to pursue
• Manage members of the business development team
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement business development strategies.
• Monitor industry news and developments to stay up-to-date on potential opportunities
• Lead negotiation with potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
