Job Description
Invictus International School Singapore is seeking a responsible Account Receivable Assistant who will be supporting the School’s financial system and to support office function to ensure an effective service to the School. He/She will work and coordinate closely with the Senior Account Receivable Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to parents
- Ensure invoices comply with contractual terms
- Handling the full spectrum of accounts receivable and collection duties
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Responsible for the purchase of Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) as one of the administrators
- Liaising with parents on receivables, feedback and exception requests
- Support administrative works at the school, if required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma equivalent or Bachelor Degree in related field
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly efficient, able to multi-task and accurate in data entry
- Professional, meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast environment
