KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for key aspects of AR or AP function
- Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately
- Maintain records of outstanding payment from debtors or creditors
- Perform reconciliation of incoming payments or outgoing payments
- Perform housekeeping duties such cleaning the work-space
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Excel in a fast-paced and stressful environment
- Display excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work and multi-task
- Attention to details while performing all tasks
- Display strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
