Job Title: Temporary Account Assistant

Employment Period
- Duration: 3 months (10 June – 9 September)
Compensation
- Salary: $2,500 - $2,800 per month
Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
- AR Receipt Entries: Accurately record accounts receivable (AR) receipt entries.
- Sales Invoices: Prepare sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Payment Documentation: Prepare supporting documents for payments.
Monthly Tasks
- Statement of Accounts: Prepare monthly statements of accounts.
- AP Payment Voucher Entries: Enter accounts payable (AP) payment vouchers.
- Schedules: Maintain and prepare monthly schedules.
- Costing: Set inventory prices and manage costing processes.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
