- Develop thermal mechanical control solution related to Semiconductor Test with thermal control.
- Understand customer's requirement and develop a solution that meet customer's specification.
- Design and modelling in CAD, preferably Solidworks
- Manage part purchase and build prototype for evaluation
- Create and execute test cases, test plans and test procedure
- Perform testing of prototype. Collect and analyse data to determine performance and improvement plan.
- Generate documents to enable manufacturing of equipment. Support manufacturing team in equipment build/troubleshooting
- Explore new technology and make evaluation plan to determine the feasibility of implementing it in new product line.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience with CAD tool, Solidworks, Creo, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of development experience in automation solution, preferably in Semiconductor Backend Test.
- Experience in CAE simulation or using simulation result for development work.
- Experience in measurement methodology / tools to be used for equipment test
