Sales Administration Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer account management and post-sale service
- Efficiently process sales orders within designated time frames
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction
- To manage inventory and stock replenishing
- Provide administrative support to logistic and sales team
- To work closely with internal departments
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma qualification or equivalent
- Extensive experience preferably from Pest Control industry
- Computer literacy, proficient in MS Office applications
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask and team player
- Good working attitude and able to work independently
