- Handle customer inquiries and feedback via calls and email.
- Liaise with customers and collaborate with the operations team to address and resolve shipment delivery issues.
Requirements:
- GCE O level and above
- At least 2 year of Customer Service experience in Airfreight/Courier industry.
- Proficient in MS Office.
