- Develop and implement a marketing strategy at the country level
- Create and execute digital campaigns across various channels such as search engine marketing(SEM),search engine optimization (SEO),social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, ad copywriting, and performance analysis
- Activities should meet the organization’s business objectives, comply with regulations and protect the organization’s reputation
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share or business development, monitor performance of the organization against these goals
- Select and manage relationships with consultants and agencies to ensure satisfactory standards of service.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of marketing staff
