Full spectrum of HR functions e.g recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and training and development.
Responsibilities:
- Full payroll functions
- Maintain employees' data, leave administration, employee benefits, medical claims, work pass applications, etc.
- Reviewing of policies and process flows
- Recruitment process; sourcing, shortlisting, and onboard of employees
- Consolidate HR reports/analysis for Group & generate statistical reports
- Develop an internal work plan to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
- Provide timely reporting to Finance
- Ensure the organization is in compliance with the Act’s requirements
- Educate staff on the Act’s requirement to continually drive awareness
- Promote and educate staff awareness of WSH & Act’s requiremen
- Manage and supervise the Office Admin Function
- Manage Office & HR Administration function (e.g office rental, office workspace allocation, wellness program, season parking, staff pass, etc)
- Manage the budget for Office and HR administration
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies/Administration
- At least 8 years in HR Governance, people risk management, HR budgeting, and Office Administration)'
- At least 5 years people management with IHRP-CP
- Well versed in HRIS System
- Experiences in rolling out HRIS implementation projects
- Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within and across teams
