Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads within the HORECA sector through targeted outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events. Identify decision-makers within hotels, restaurants, and catering companies and initiate contact to explore potential business opportunities.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, and event venues. Understand their specific needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor solutions that address their unique requirements.
  3. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with HORECA clients to secure new business deals. Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal and finance, to ensure contracts are drafted and executed in accordance with company policies and objectives.

Qualifications:


  1. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) industry is essential. Familiarity with industry trends, market dynamics, and key players can help you effectively identify business opportunities and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
  2. Sales and Business Development Skills: Strong sales acumen and business development skills are crucial for success in this role. You should be adept at generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals within the HORECA sector.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and building rapport with clients. You should be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  4. Networking Abilities: The ability to network and build relationships with key stakeholders in the HORECA industry is important. Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking functions can help you expand your professional network and generate leads.
  5. Teamwork and Collaboration: The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, is important. You should be able to communicate effectively, share insights, and coordinate efforts to achieve common goals.
