Main Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing monthly Profit After Tax (PAT) flash report from countries in Asia and Oceania
- Assist in preparing Regional Monthly Management Reports (MMR reports).
- Prepare and update monthly Admin Operating Expenses and report to Admin General Manager.
- Prepare Service Fee agreements
- Process Payment applications and accurals
- Perform other work-related assignments and adhoc duties when required
Other Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent; with at least 2 years relevant experience
- Familiar with Singapore Accounting Standard and reporting requirements
- Knowledge of accounting software including SAP system (preferred)
- JLPT N5 & above Japanese language proficiency (preferred) to liaise with Japanese speaking associates
- A team player with good time management skill, details oriented and interpersonal skill
