Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Financial Reports, Management Reports, budgets, forecasts and financial and cost analysis of the parent company, subsidiaries and associated companies in a timely manner to assess their performances and for business decision.
- Supervision and coordination with the financial controllers and finance teams of Overseas Groups of companies for their timely preparation and submission of similar reports to assess performances of the group of companies and for business decision.
- Group Consolidated Accounts, prepared in accordance to SFRS or iFRS.
- Providing in-depth analyses and advice to top management on financial matters relating to business transactions, acquisitions, projects and feasibility study
- Compliance with Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, GST and Transfer Pricing Requirements.
- Coordination with Group Treasurer on finances, treasury, and financial and taxation planning
- Internal control systems and procedures
- Coordination and liaison with external auditors and taxation agents
- Managing a team of accounting personnel.
Requirements:
- Recognized university degree in Accounting and a member of a recognized accounting body ACCA, ACA or CPA equivalent;
- Have started career in the audit field as as Auditor with CPA qualification and combination of commercial industries exposure in the public-listed companies. Experiences working in Big 4 or any audit firms specializing in IPO segment.
