- Daily Update of Project/Operation Progress to immediate superior.
- To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
- To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave, in order to minimize downtime.
- Ensure to know project scope of works and meet the clients needs as per project standard and requirements.
- Together with site supervisor, review and ensure that engineering drawings issued for construction should be completed with site constructability.
- To learn on how to Check and to review issued BOM (Bill of Material) MTO’s for discrepancies and any non-construability or discrepancies shall be follow up and take actions.
- Together with material controller personnel in charge and manage for the respective construction areas to maintain an efficient and effective workflow and minimize wastage of all construction material and equipment.
- Immediate action if have any material shortage that is highlight from construction team and resolving any areas of concern at site as soon as possible.
- To learn on how to Coordinate for site arrangment to resolve any unexpected technical problem and liase with client personnel if have any engineering problem or design issues, if requested.
- Together with HSE personnel to resolve and close any finding at site.
- Together with QA/QC personnel to resolve and close any finding at site.
- Ensure that records are accurate and comply with organisational and legal requirements as well as project requirements.
- To learn on how to Set out detailed works as per the contract drawings, ensuring checks are carried out on a regular basis or MTO.
- To learn on how to Prepare and develop MSRA before start execution any activity.
- To learn on Possess of techical knowledge, skills and international standards (eg. ASME, API etc)
- To learn on how to Oversee and monitor works progress as per project schedule.
- Update and report daily progress status and lookahead minimum 3days plan.
- Learn and conduct tool box meetings.
