We are in search of a dynamic Sales Manager with substantial experience to spearhead our Electric Vehicle (EV) sales division. The ideal candidate should possess a fervent enthusiasm for electric vehicles coupled with a demonstrated history of success in sales management within the automotive sector.
Responsibilities:
- Forge and execute sales strategies to propel revenue growth and establish a strong presence in the EV market.
- Lead, guide, and energize the EV sales team towards achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise impactful campaigns and promotional endeavors to bolster EV sales objectives.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with pivotal stakeholders, including EV manufacturers, dealerships, and industry affiliates.
- Remain vigilant of industry trends, competitor activities, and EV market dynamics to pinpoint avenues for expansion and innovation.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to discern areas for enhancement and optimization.
- Effectively manage the EV sales budget and resources to optimize return on investment (ROI) and bolster profitability.
- Ensure adherence to pertinent regulations and standards throughout the EV sales process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the automotive industry with a focus on electric vehicles.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, inspiring and motivating sales teams to achieve their utmost potential.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Profound comprehension of electric vehicle technology, market intricacies, and customer preferences.
- Results-oriented mindset with a history of surpassing sales targets.
- Strategic acumen, adept at formulating and executing effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
