StarMed is a one-stop day-surgery and multi-disciplinary medical centre that offers quality day surgeries and diagnostic services at competitive private sector prices. This sucessful candidate wiill be involved in being a part of the "referral call agent" team for a GP clinic chain in Singapore. The call agent will navigate patient information, contact patients to gather eligibility information such as payment status, doctor preferences, preferred locations, and corporate insurer panel listings. Subsequently, they will schedule appointments with specialists/clinics and send confirmation messages to patients to complete the process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend to general inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Conduct outbound calls to gather patient details and schedule appointments with respective clinics.
- Refer to multiple portals to gather required patient information.
- Meticulously document case information.
- Perform administrative duties and any other assigned tasks.
Requirement:
- Customer-oriented with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Strong team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask and a self-starter willing to learn new skills.
- Relevant experience in call center, healthcare, or customer service industry preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized in documentation.
Work week
- 5.5 work day week. Monday to Friday. Saturday half day.
- Office hours. Closed on Sunday and PH
