Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Generation
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Develop and meet revenue targets, continuously monitoring progress and implementing corrective measures.
- Participate in business events, conferences, trade shows and seminars.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Identify potential clients and lead the acquisition- process, providing tailored solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain- relationship with the existing and new clients.
3. Market expansion in Asia-Pacific (APAC)
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand sales and market share in the APAC region.
- Identify key markets, establish local partnerships, and navigate regulatory landscapes.
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals and regional market dynamics with an emphasis on the APAC market.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives.
4. Manage Sales operations/ Sales order using SAP system.
- Coordinate production timelines with internal departments.
5. Market Research and Analysis
- Analyze data to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities, make informed business decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
- To conform with company environmental practices.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- Min of 3 years of proven experience in business development and sales/client management, with a track record of driving sales growth in the gas/energy sector.
- Understanding of the APAC market, including regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of gas/energy sector and trends.
- Analytical and structured.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and clients.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Extensive travel required.
- Adaptable and willing to adjust own schedule to accommodate company's travel requirements.
