Job Description
- Managing and leading the project team
- Prepare the Master Programme for the work
- Tracking and monitoring the progress of the work
- Expedite progress within the constraints of available resources
- Ensure sufficiency of information for construction
- Plan and ensure efficient use of plants, machinery, material and manpower
- General management of the site that includes daily correspondences
- Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work
- Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary
- Resolving cross-functional issues at project level
- Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary
- Managing project training within the defined budget
- Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities
- Conduct regular safety meetings with staff and contractors
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering field (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Minimum 6 years project management skills with proven track records for Fire Protection
- Knowledge of Wet/Preaction/Sprinkler System/Fire Detection System/ Hosereel/Dry & Wet Riser System/Novec/FM200 Fire Extinguishing System
- Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multiple resources & projects
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Computer skills (Excel, Words, Outlook, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project & etc.) Able to create tracking spreadsheet, reference data & progress charts
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work in collaborative environment
- Must be able to manage competing priorities & deadline.
- Must be Proactive & Result oriented
- Take ownership of work responsibilities & project
- Strong ability to perform complex tasks
