Job Description:
- Perform administrative procedures (eg. booking of cremation slots, doing up obituaries and etc.)
- Assist in billing customer
- Assist in invoicing vendors and suppliers
- Attend to customers' concerns remotely
- Assist in the preparation of required documents for applications and submissions by the operation team
- Maintain inventory level for consumables
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office space
- Perform other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident
- Minimum Diploma / ITE Graduate
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel & Powerpoint
- Able to read and type in English and Mandarin
- No prior experience is required, fresh graduates are welcome
