Job Responsibilities
- Deliver good customer service to both internal and external customers
- Assist data, database, information management
- Support programs with department service delivery tasks
- Communicate, support and build good relationship with client on their request and requirements
- Actively carry out and follow up on task assigned / request from clients
- Provide suggestion of improvement and proactive in daily task
- Assist with any ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Higher Secondary or Diploma in any field
- Computer literacy
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good Communication Skills
