Project Overview:This project is focused on delivering a seamless and positive experience for clients and partners. The role involves managing requests, fostering strong relationships with key partners, and contributing to product improvement and community building within the industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on conversion figures to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Collaboration: Work with the Growth team to pinpoint market gaps and ensure that offerings remain competitive.
  • Community Building: Engage in activities to build a robust community of operators through event facilitation, content creation, and training sessions.
  • Onboarding Process: Develop and execute an effective onboarding process for new corporate clients and partners, ensuring comprehensive understanding of services, technology platforms, and booking procedures.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, to ensure seamless client support and departmental alignment.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry software to enhance customer support and optimize processes.

Deliverables:

  • Fulfilled Housing Requests: Efficiently manage accommodation requests and secure bookings for corporate clients and relocation partners.
  • Satisfied Clients: Achieve high client satisfaction by ensuring timely communication, providing personalized recommendations, and exceeding service level agreements.
  • Performance Reports: Regularly produce reports on key performance indicators, including conversion rates, response times, and client satisfaction.
