Job Description:
• Event-related (liaison with vendors/staff, gathering of resources, adaptation of artworks)
• Exhibitions-related (liaison with vendors/staff, gathering of resources, adaptation of artworks)
• Corporate video-related (liaison with vendors/staff, gathering of resources, adaptation of artworks)
• Other related tasks as assigned
Support Tribute Night related scope of work
• Event-related (liaison with vendors/staff, gathering of resources, adaptation of artworks)
• Other related tasks as assigned
Resource management, including
• Data/content/files migration
• Tagging of photos
Support administrative/logistical matters in the department, including
• Raising Purchase Request
• Raising IT request
• Minute-taking
Support internal branding, secured social platform and communications scope of work, including
• Brand management
• Content management and writing
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Marketing & Communications / Business or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant corp comms experience
