Job requirements
1. Order to Cash
1.1 Communicate regularly with customer to handle their PO and confirmation
1.2 Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability
1.3 Arrange delivery to meet customer expected date and invoice on time, coordination with warehouse
2. Replenishment stock
2.1 Regularly communicate with sales for market development
2.2 Calculate stock requirements based on demand planning and historical data
2.3 Create PR/PO to respecting supplier (affiliate or non-affiliate)
2.4 Monitor and ensure all PO's in line with requirement and communicated
3. Import Activities
3.1 Monitor shipping schedule, receive notification of arrival of import materials, closely coordination with GBS
3.2 Maintain and retain completeness import documents, close coordinate with GBS
4. TAS order and toll manufacturing
4.1 Regularly communicate with tolling regarding our orders, material, and schedule production
4.2 Monitor tolling performance
Job requirements
- Diploma Degree in relevant field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Desk and/or Logistics
- Preferable experience in SAP usage, SD, and MM modules
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel function logic and macros will be advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
